For over four decades, hockey has been a dominating force in my life.
From playing inline hockey in California to being Head Coach of Team Great Britain to eventually transitioning to ice hockey.
However, by 2008, I was struggling with inflammatory arthritis, gout and a busy work schedule.
And I quit playing hockey.
In 2019, my wife and I decided to redesign our lives more intentionally.
Embracing new beginnings, we rented an apartment in Prague and journeyed across Europe to start anew.
I reignited my passion for hockey, embarking on a journey that completely transformed my health.
I now empower adult players, enhancing their skills, strength, and mental toughness through my camps in Prague and online courses.
When I'm not on the ice coaching, I'm a business psychologist mentoring entrepreneurs and business owners globally, a dedicated father of four, and playing in the Prague Adult Hockey Leagues.
This journey has not only been about finding my way back to hockey but also about discovering how resilience, passion, and purpose can shape every facet of our lives, inspiring others to do the same.
